We offer two convenient delivery options:

Airport Pickup: If arriving at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, choose from six convenient pickup locations within the airport.

  2. Shanghai International Airport Terminal 1 (Departing) (After security checkpoint 21-22)
  3. Shanghai International Airport Terminal 2 (Departing) (After security checkpoint 16)
  4. Shanghai International Airport Terminal 2 (Departing) (Level 3, End of Island B)
  5. Shanghai International Airport Terminal 2 (Arrive) (baggage conveyor No.27)
  6. Shanghai International Airport Terminal 2 (Arrive) (baggage conveyor No.26)

International Shipping: We ship to 63 countries worldwide. Please ensure your delivery address is within our shipping area.

Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, we’ll honor returns unused SIM card within 7 days of delivery. It must be returned in its original unopened packaging and the SIM card must not be activated. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
